Due to the sterile and perishable nature of our biological materials, we do not accept returns on non-defective products.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will promptly review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate. Our goal is to ensure you receive products in proper condition and ready for microscopy use.

2. Reporting a Shipping Issue (7-Day Window)

To help us resolve the matter quickly, include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item
Clear photos of the external packaging

Deadline: Shipping issues must be reported within 7 days of the carrier’s marked “delivered” timestamp.

All claims are reviewed within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday).

Items opened, used, or damaged due to improper storage.
Spores or other biological materials returned to us without prior approval.
Weather‑related damage if an ice/heat pack was not added at checkout.

5. Seasonal Shipping Holds

We may pause shipments when temps exceed 95 °F or drop below 32°F.

You’ll get an email update if your order is held.
Adding an ice or heat pack at checkout gives the best chance of safe arrival.
