Welcome to Basidium Equilibrium. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services. By using our site, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Who Can Order

  • 18 + only. We’ll cancel any order if we suspect it was placed by a minor.

  • Know your laws. Psilocybe spores are sold solely for microscopy, taxonomy, and collecting. We never encourage cultivation or consumption, and you’re responsible for following local rules.

2. Where We Ship

  • Inside the USA – Everywhere except California, Idaho, and Georgia.

  • International – Only to places where our spores are legal; shipments go out “as‑is.”

3. 30‑Day Cleanliness Guarantee

Our ISO‑7 clean room is the real deal, and we stand behind it:

No returns are required. Keep the sample; we’ll make it right.

4. No Returns, No Refunds

All sales are final. Because spores have a short life‑cycle and are easily compromised, we don’t accept returns.

  • Carrier bounce‑backs (wrong address, unclaimed packages): Shipping isn’t refundable. If a reship is requested, we will ask that you cover any additional shipping expenses. If a refund is approved, the original shipping is not refundable.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may ask to cancel or adjust an order before it ships; we’ll do our best.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect misuse, fraud, or a violation of these terms.

6. Shipping Basics

  • Processing: 24–72 hrs (Mon–Fri).

  • Transit: 3–5 business days for most U.S. orders.

  • Weather holds: We may pause shipments above 95 °F or below 35 °F. We’ll email you if that happens.

  • Ice/heat packs: Optional add‑ons for extra protection.

  • Address accuracy: Please double‑check it; carrier fees for returns or re‑shipments are on the buyer.

All products are offered as‑is and as‑available. Results vary with user technique, environment, and experience.
