At Basidium Equilibrium, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy to ensure your experience is smooth and hassle-free:
Shipping Restrictions – Shipping Policy
We do not ship to Idaho, or Georgia due to state restrictions on certain products.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24–72 hours, Monday through Friday.
- Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days once shipped.
Shipping Issues or Address Errors
If you experience a shipping issue or receive a damaged package, please contact us at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos if applicable, and we’ll assist you right away.
If there was an address error during checkout, we offer a flat $8 – Ground and $12 Priority re-shipping fee once the package is returned to us.
Extreme Weather Shipping Holds
To protect product integrity, we may hold shipments during extreme heat or cold. You’ll receive an email notification if your order is affected.
Tip: Add an Ice Pack or Heat Pack when ordering spore syringes during extreme temperatures.
Note: No packs are needed for swabs or prints.
