I received my GT syringe on 10/21, had some contamination. I reported this to to Basidium and they quickly sent me a replacement, which will be here later this week. My order was nicely packaged. 10/10 customer service and great product, they made up for the contamination with their excellent customer service, I will be ordering from them again.
