    Tampanensis – Isolated Syringe

Strain origin – Tampanensis was originally collected in the wild in a sandy meadow near Tampa, Florida in 1977, the fungus would not be found in Florida again for decades. Tampanensis forms psychoactive truffle sclerotia that are known under the nickname “philosopher’s stones”.

  • Tampanensis Spore Print This specific line of Tampanensis Sproe print have produced small and large caps. Tampanensis tend to have small caps, with a tight gill set, these spore prints range from 0.5cm-1cm in size. Tampanensis is a sclerotia producing mushroom, which means it makes subterraneans truffles. These truffles have a long history and massive impact into the Mushroom Psychedelic world. From the famed shops on Amsterdam to connections with the philosopher's stone. Tampanensis is really a unique Psilocybe mushroom. Strain origin - Tampanensis was originally collected in the wild in a sandy meadow near Tampa, Florida in 1977, the fungus would not be found in Florida again for decades. Tampanensis forms truffle sclerotia that are known under the nickname "philosopher's stones". Gill formation - Gills typically are medium, wide set range of formation. Caps will be small in nature. At times we have observed semi medium to large mushroom caps produced by this specific Tampanensis. Microscopic features - Purplish brown spores.  Spores measure 7 x 12 micrometers. This variety Tampanensis discharges spores during sporulation. Spores can be printed to be observed under magnification.  Microscopes and magnification equipment are recommended for viewing microscopic features. Rare varieties of Psilocybe Cubensis will be retired in the Genetic Vault. Check out the Vault for more unique collectable varieties! All materials are collected and prepared in front of UPLA Hepa filtration.
