How orders are processed?
We process orders Monday through Saturday, usually within 24–48 hours of payment.
Orders placed after 7:00 PM CST are processed the next business day.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation within 48 hours, please email us at [email protected] and include your order number.
Please note: In some cases, we may delay shipment due to excessive heat or cold in order to protect the quality of your order. If this happens, we’ll contact you directly with an update.
Payment Options
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment options:

Credit/Debit Cards – Processed immediately with instant email confirmation.

Bitcoin (BTC) – Scan the QR code at checkout with your BTC wallet. It will auto-fill the correct amount.

Zelle – Instructions provided at checkout.

Cash App – Manual payment required. Please include your Cash App tag so we can match your payment to your order. Leave the Cash App note field blank.

Cash Payments – After submitting your order, you’ll get mailing instructions. We recommend using tracked shipping.
When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours after payment clears.

We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Delivery takes 3–5 business days once shipped.

Heat & Ice Pack guidance:

Ice/heat packs are optional and only needed for syringes in extreme temperatures.

No packs needed for swabs or prints.

We may delay shipping if temperatures exceed 95°F. We’ll may notify you through a email update alert.
Why do you only ship to the billing address?
To prevent fraud and protect both you and our business, all orders must ship to the billing address associated with the payment method.
This only applies to Credit/Debit Card payments.
Do I need an Ice Pack or Heat Pack?
- Spore Syringes: Ice or heat packs are optional, depending on your weather.

Spore Prints & Swabs: These do not require temperature packs.

If temperatures in your region exceed 85°F, we recommend adding an ice pack.

If temperatures drop below 35°F, consider adding a heat pack.
Use your best judgment. We do not offer replacements due to weather damage without a pack.
